President & Founder :
Matthew Harrison Kingsley
President and CEO of 3 Kings Entertainment, LLC, founded the company in early 2003 after working as a television news agent at Ken Lindner & Associates, Inc. (KLA) in Los Angeles.

 
Matthew has helped position 3 Kings Entertainment as one of the fastest growing talent representation firms in the broadcasting industry.  He's known for identifying, developing, and guiding the careers of THE NEXT GENERATION OF TALENT in television news, sports and entertainment.
 
Matthew's experience in the entertainment industry spans over 13 years, where he has developed extensive industry relationships built on trust and mutual respect.  He's garnered close relationships with representatives for network, cable and local news and in reality-based programming and syndication, sports news and new media broadcasting and with major corporations and business organizations.
 
Matthew started his career in sports as an assistant athletic director and coach for a season of Junior High School football.  His introduction into client advocacy was with Advantage International (Octagon), one of the world's leaders in sports marketing and athlete representation.  Matthew also worked with Richard L. Schaeffer (NorthStar Sports), a well-respected sports lawyer who has represented some of the premier names in sports.
 
Matthew was born and raised in the Washington, DC area.  Prior to current day degree programs, he developed his own undergraduate college curriculum in Sports Management with an emphasis in Business Administration.  He currently resides in Chicago with his wife.
